REFUND POLICY
At EBC we strive to achieve complete client satisfaction in everything we do. We realize that things happen and from time to time that means refunds are necessary.
All team member dues are non-refundable upon the successful registration for the selected season. The entirety of the season fee plus subsequent monthly payments is obligated once registration is completed. A special exception for early withdrawal may be made for injury.
Refunds will not be processed due to Covid-19 related circumstances. Account credit will be applied on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds for private training or group packages will not be processed after one or more sessions from the package have been attended.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
Refunds requests need to be submitted to info@ebconefamily.com within 90 days of the original purchase date.
